SocialBridge by EngagePro makes it easy to stand out in today’s noisy online world. With simple steps, you can grow “know-like-trust” relationships, follow up effectively, and turn connections into meaningful results.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Add the Contact
    • When you meet someone you’d like to follow up with, copy their personal profile link from the platform where you connected (e.g., Alignable, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram).
    • Log in to EngagePro and click “Add Contact” at the top right of any page.
    • Paste their profile link, add their name, and any other details you have.
    • Click “Save.” That’s it—they’re now in your EngagePro Contacts and automatically tagged with their profile source.
  2. Add Notes and Interests
    • After saving, EngagePro will open the new contact’s Connector Page.
    • Add notes about why you’re following up and any personal interests or details you’ve learned about them.
    • Save these interests in the Intelligent Connector to personalize your future interactions.
  3. Start Building the Relationship
    • Select an interest topic in the Intelligent Connector and choose a suggested article to share.
    • Click “Send a Message” to open the social platform where the contact’s profile link originated.
    • Paste the article link into your message along with your personal relationship starter comments and send it to begin the conversation.
  4. Track Your Follow-Ups
    • After sending your message, click the “Keep in Touch” button in EngagePro.
    • Record the follow-up method, add any notes, and set a date or interval for the next follow-up.

  • Be Prepared:
    • Have the social media or networking site open for easier messaging.
  • Stay Alert for Replies:
    • Monitor messages on the platform where you sent your follow-up. Some platforms provide notifications for responses—stay on top of them.
  • Expand Your Knowledge:
    • Continuously add personal details, interests, email addresses, websites, and phone numbers to EngagePro as you learn more about your contact.
  • Expand the Ways You Stay in Touch
    • As you continue to reach out use all the common communications tools available to grow your engagement and trust.
